My name is Ian Park, I founded Second Look to help home owners and future home owners better understand the remodel and construction process. After nearly a decade of construction and project management experience I shifted my career to education. I use these two skillsets to help customers make the best decisions for themselves. I offer a quick look at the property in tandem with customer goals and help craft estimates and prioritze needs of the home. I also offer assistance with projects and construction bids so that homeowners can get background on the their contractors and the unique differences in work they offer.
